today, i achieved the perfect sleep. it was spectacular, despite being filled with nightmares about unfinished papers and missed exams. yeah, that's my boogie man.

today, i ran into jaime holyrood (name changed for google protection) on the subway. hadn't seen the kid in ages. very random. nonetheless, a pleasant surprise. it was a very brief encounter, but i got the sense that he's grown up a bit since high school, or even first year. shocking, i know. ditching the hippie hair was helpful. either way, i think i will try to be more social with that crowd of people this summer, minus certain undesirables. i'm having "porno posse" nostalgia, which means max and soph better get home soon!

tonight, we chilled out in the robert house backyard and played every single elementary school card game imaginable. or at least the good ones. my only complaint is scott's choice of beer, which i really should have seen coming anyway.

tonight, i caught the last ten minutes of the gilmore girls season finale, and it made me really damn sad.
